Projects, Modeling and CAM
Always looking to stay ahead, Rocatti is equipped with the most up-to-date and highly regarded modeling software, with 2D and 3D views, which are used directly in the projects of our products, via AutoCAD and CAM, allowing greater control and assistance for the operations performed.
Tooling (Manufacture of Tooling/ Stamping Grinder and Devices)
To support all services provided at Rocatti, we have a set of equipment specialized in carrying out maintenance/design of tooling for aluminum casting and machining devices. It is equipped with 2-axis CNC lathes, boring machines, universal milling cutters, grinding machines, among others, providing greater precision in its activities.
Metrology
Equipped with tools such as calipers, micrometers and sudden gauges, periodically calibrated by the RBC system, as well as high-precision equipment, the three-dimensional profile projector guarantees the measurements determined in the technical drawings, in order to establish control and provide security for the monitored products.
Gravity Casting ( Al )
Rocatti offers the market the highest range of chilled services, serving the most diverse automotive sectors, from a series of pistons produced in automatic molds, using aluminum alloys from qualified suppliers, and specialized labor.
Casting ( Al ) Under Pressure
Equipped with furnaces with high production capacity and injection molding machines prepared to make products of the most varied sizes and models, Rocatti's pressure foundry is able to carry out complex jobs, approved by the automotive line and classified as pioneers of many products in its niche market. . It has state-of-the-art technology, with controlling features of up to 3 injection phases, ensuring the smooth movement of aluminum into the bushing, without the formation of waves and guaranteeing the quality of the raw product.
Heat Treatment ( T-5 / T-6 )
The company has the highest technologies needed to perform T-5/T-6 heat treatments on its products, guaranteeing greater quality and customer satisfaction. Among the most diverse cutting-edge equipment, the Rocatti team has an electric heat treatment oven, with manual temperature control technology, offering the market products of high performance and durability.
Surface Treatment
(Chrome Nickel and Nikazil application)
Together with the heat treatment system, we have the necessary technologies to add greater value to our products, in which, through surface treatment, the piece receives a nickel chrome bath, creating a layer of protection, acquiring greater durability and resistance.
Deburring / Sandblasting Services
Sector specialized in making cuts, scarring, sanding and other functionalities, having copyright presses and stamps. The sector is also equipped with a grit-type jet, which ensures the cleaning and strengthening of the metal, preparing the surface of the product and guaranteeing its validation for the following processes.
High precision machining and assembly of components.
Possessing a range of equipment with high technical capacity to carry out complex jobs, Rocatti machining has 2-axis, drive, palletized lathes and 4/5-axis machining centers, together with an ovalization grinding machine and a complementary honing sector.
Metallographic analysis of aluminum and its alloys
Possessing a foundry laboratory designed to verify dimensions, hardness and control of non-conformities of microscopic levels, through equipment, the technology used for metallographic analysis, it has a guarantee of precision through a durometer and spectrometer for analysis, model Spectrolab F, designed for complex analytical tasks in the manufacturing, process and recycled metal industries. It allows the analysis of the main alloying elements to be carried out and to identify the levels and traces of treatment elements in metals.
